Psychosynthesis counselling

In the process of psychosynthesis counselling we find out that what we are facing in our lives carries a lot of information about what is going on at a deeper inner level, as well as what potentially we may be.

One of psychosynthesis’ main purposes is this discovery and its integration, which allows us to have a full view of ourselves. With this process, we aim to develop your ability to enhance your awareness of choice and direction in your life.

About me

I am originally from Japan and have been living in Auckland since 1995.

I have a background in special education and have been working as a Teacher Aide at a Special School for many years.Through this experience, I have learned to understand the individuals deeply and use creative thinking with the people I work with.

My particular interest is to help people know themselves more fully and bring their gifts into the world.

I speak English and Japanese.
